7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Any delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
PureForm Labs is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect shipping details, weather conditions, regulatory inspections, payment delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the order has been dispatched or transferred to the shipping carrier.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are permitted to purchase, receive, import, possess, and use research chemicals in your country, state, region, or jurisdiction.
8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Due to the nature of research products, PureForm Labs does not accept returns on opened, used, temperature-sensitive, or research-use-only products unless required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or appears compromised during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence and your order details.
We will review all claims and, where valid, may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Refunds or replacements are not provided for customer error, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery due to customer unavailability, improper storage after delivery, change of mind, unauthorized use, misuse, or issues caused after the product has been received.

PureForm Labs aims to provide high-quality research-grade products that are manufactured, handled, and supplied according to appropriate quality standards.
Where applicable, products may be tested for identity, purity, or batch-specific quality specifications. Certificates of Analysis may be available for selected products or batches.

If you believe a product has been damaged or compromised during transit, please cease use immediately and contact us with photos and order details so we can review the issue.
